Chef Prepared Meals

Each regular meal includes 4 ounces of proteins, 1/2 cup of carbs and 1 cup veggies. Large meals are 6-8 ounces of proteins, 1 cup of carbs and 1 cup of veggies.


All orders must be placed before Friday at midnight to be fulfilled the following Sunday. Deliveries are made between 3-6pm on Sunday afternoon. Please be sure to place a cooler with ice packs outside your front door in time for delivery, or you may opt for us to provide you with a cooler for a $10 charge.


Each week has a menu composed of five dinners. Three meals plans will need to choose their meals from the available options with no repeats. Five meal plans will receive one of each option, ten meal plans will receive two of each.

The menu for this week is:


  • Kale & Quinoa Salad                                                                      with Dried Cranberries, Pumpkin Seeds, White Cheddar, and Poppyseed Dressing
  • Minorcan Clam Chowder / Spring Mix Salad                                              with Grape Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots & Olive Oil Vinaigrette
  • Caprese Chicken                                                                                   with Fresh Zoodles tossed in Kale Pesto
  • Seared Herbed Boneless Chicken Thighs                                                    with Fingerling Potatoes
  • Beef Fajitas with Stoplight Peppers                                                           and Sofrito Beans and Bulgur
